Presential Training
For bidding company personnel who prepare and sign bids, and for IT support technicians






The aim of the courses is to enable them to:
  • Obtain a general view of the Basque Government's Electronic Procurement System: legal framework, technical architecture and components.
  • Learn about the technical and administrative requirements for electronic bidding, in addition to the procedure in each case.
  • Learn about the critical legal, technical and practical issues that are required for successful electronic tendering.
  • Learn about best practice for producing digital documentation.
  • Acquire a general vision of the Electronic Tendering file processing procedure.
  • Learn how to use the Electronic Tendering application correctly.

Courses will last approximately 3 hours and dates and locations shall be decided according to:
  • Company demand. Any company interested can request attendance at the courses. Debido a la gran demanda la inscripción al curso queda limitada a dos personas por empresa (salvo que queden plazas libres).
  • The Electronic Procurement System Rollout Plan for different departments, autonomous organisms and public bodies of the Basque Government.
  • The aim is to accompany training activities with the apparition of competitions that can be tendered for electronically.
  • The Basque Government shall contact companies that have historically presented bids for each Department in advance, with the intention of obtaining their interest in attending the courses.

Training sessions shall be held at:
  • Basque Government training classrooms.
